  • Is there a waiting list ?

  • Unfortunately we do not have many rooms available. We recommend you reserve your room as soon as you can!

  • How can I pay the fee?

  • You have the choice of 1 early instalment (with a discount) or 3 early instalments

  • Can I smoke in the apartment?

  • No. Smoking in all common areas, in the apartments and terraces of UniCampusApartments it is prohibited to smoke. It is only permitted to smoke outside the building.

  • Is parking included in the housing fee?

  • UniCampusResidence provides guests with a parking space for bicycle/scooter/car (*note parking spaces are limited )

  • Is gym access included in the housing fee?

  • Yes. All our residents have free access to our gym.

  • Can I invite friends over?

  • Of course, it is allowed to invite guests by notifying the reception (*note guests are not allowed to stay overnight).

  • Can I bring my pet?

  • Unfortunately no. No pets are allowed at UniCampusResidence. We hope that in the coming years we will equip housing  so that you will be able to enjoy the company of your four-legged friend, or, why not, your goldfish.
